Privacy Policy
Last modified: September 23, 2026
Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how HealthyVue, LLC (“HealthyVue,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, maintains, protects, and discloses personal information through our websites and the forms, applications, and communications that link to this policy. HealthyVue operates a telehealth platform and provides administrative services. Independent licensed Providers and medical practices provide patient care.
Protected health information handled in connection with clinical care is governed by applicable law and the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which covers HealthyVue and the subcontracted Providers/Practices within their respective roles. When HealthyVue handles that information on a Practice's behalf, its use is also limited by the applicable service and business associate agreements. This website policy does not expand permission to use clinical information or replace an authorization required by law.
Independent third-party websites and services may have their own privacy notices. This policy covers our own collection and use and information handled by vendors acting on our behalf; a vendor's involvement does not remove our responsibilities.
Please read this policy carefully. It describes information practices; merely visiting our Website does not constitute consent to telehealth, marketing messages, or uses of information requiring a separate consent or authorization. Changes are described below and remain subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
HealthyVue does not share patient or website-visitor contact information with other companies for those companies' own marketing. We may use service providers to deliver HealthyVue's services or communications on our behalf, subject to appropriate confidentiality and use restrictions. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Vendors helping deliver our messaging may process that information only on our behalf.
Adults and Information About Children
HealthyVue's enrollment and clinical services are intended for adults age 18 and older. People under 18 should not create an account, enroll, or submit personal information through the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information through the Website from children under 13. If we learn that we collected such information without legally required parental consent, we will delete it as required by law, subject to any applicable medical-record retention obligations. Contact support@thehealthyvue.com if you believe a child has submitted personal information.

Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we may limit access to certain pages, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
As you navigate through and interact with our Website, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns, including:
- Details of your visits to our Website, including traffic data, location data, logs and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Website.
- Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system and browser type.
The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:
- Cookies (or browser cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Website. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Website.
- Local storage and similar technologies. Website features may store preferences and related information in your browser or device. Your browser or device settings may allow you to manage that storage.
- Web Beacons. Pages of our Website and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an e-mail and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).
- Analytics and session replay. JavaScript and service providers help us understand page visits, navigation, clicks, scrolling, and other interactions, including through session replay tools that reconstruct website interactions. We use masking and other configuration controls to limit capture of form contents. These tools are not intended to capture clinical information, and their use remains subject to applicable privacy requirements.
- Trackable telephone numbers which keep track of phone calls made to some phone numbers on this site
- Offline website data — including both local and remote storage of activities
- Geo-targeting information about your location at the time of use of the site.
Automatically collected information, such as IP addresses and device or browser identifiers, may itself be personal information. We may also associate usage information with information you provide, where permitted by applicable law. We do not treat information as anonymous merely because it was collected automatically.
Third-party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
Our Website may include embedded content, links, or features supplied by third parties. Where those providers collect information independently, their notices describe their practices. Our analytics and other vendors may also process information on our behalf to deliver Website functions and help us understand their use. We configure and use these tools subject to applicable privacy requirements. The presence of third-party technology does not authorize disclosure of protected health information contrary to law or the applicable HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
HealthyVue does not provide patient or visitor contact information, mobile information, or SMS opt-in data and consent to other companies for their own marketing. Vendors supporting HealthyVue's services or messaging may use information only for the authorized work on our behalf.
How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:
- To present our Website and its contents to you.
- To provide you with information, products or services that you request from us.
- To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
- To provide you with notices about your account/subscription, including expiration and renewal notices.
- To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
- To notify you about changes to our Website or any products or services we offer or provide though it.
- To allow you to participate in interactive features on our Website.
- In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.
- For any other purpose with your consent.
We may use your contact information to tell you about HealthyVue's own programs, products, and services, subject to your communication preferences and any consent or authorization required by law. We may hire contractors to prepare or send those communications on our behalf. They may not use your contact information for their own marketing or for another company's marketing. When a communication uses protected health information, the applicable HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and HIPAA authorization requirements also apply.
We may use permitted website usage information to understand interest in our services and measure our own marketing. Any use of personal information for advertising remains subject to applicable law and required choices or consents; this policy does not itself supply a required consent.
Disclosure of Your Information
We may use and disclose aggregated or de-identified information when it meets the applicable legal standards for that use. We do not treat identifiable health or contact information as unrestricted merely by removing a name.
We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:
- To affiliates, if needed for the purposes described in this policy, subject to appropriate use restrictions and the prohibition on sharing for their own marketing.
- To contractors, service providers and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
- To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of Company's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Company about our Website users is among the assets transferred.
- To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it, including sending information to a recipient you direct us to contact where permitted by law.
- For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
- With your consent.
The disclosures above and below remain subject to applicable health privacy law, required authorizations, and our prohibition on sharing contact information for other companies' own marketing. We may also disclose your personal information as permitted by law:
- To comply with any court order, law or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
- To enforce or apply our terms of use or terms of sale and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.
- If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, our customers or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Communication Preferences and Privacy Requests
You may unsubscribe from HealthyVue marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message, reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages, or contact support@thehealthyvue.com for help with preferences or privacy requests. We honor requests as required by applicable law. Marketing preferences do not cancel your membership or withdraw telehealth consent. Necessary service or account communications may continue through permitted channels. A separate consent is obtained before marketing texts when required; providing a phone number alone does not supply that consent.
Privacy rights depend on the applicable law and the information involved. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available to you. We may need appropriate information to verify and respond to a request. Clinical-record requests are handled under the applicable HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, and legal retention requirements may limit deletion.
Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. HealthyVue does not share contact information for other companies’ own marketing. To make a request, contact support@thehealthyvue.com or use the phone or mailing address below.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version on this page. The date at the top of the policy identifies the latest revision. Your continued use of the Website after the updated policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We will provide any additional notice and obtain any consent or authorization required by law. Continued use does not replace a required consent or authorization or permit changes to protected health information practices contrary to the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices or applicable law. Please review this page periodically for updates.
