What is the refund policy?

At HealthyVue, our programs are either paid for as a month-to-month subscription or as a one-time payment. It is our policy that these payments are non-refundable, with exceptions only in the scenarios outlined below.

Weight Loss Program Refund Policy

Should you decide to cancel your Program within 24 hours of purchase, before any medication has been shipped, you may request a refund. However, please be advised that a cancellation fee will be applied to cover administrative costs.

To request a refund under these conditions, please reach out to us directly at support@thehealthyvue.com with your request.

Receiving a Refund

HealthyVue programs are not refundable, except under the circumstances outlined above. If the above reason applies to you, you can cancel your HealthyVue membership at any time by emailing support@thehealthyvue.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request”.

If you paid for your Program by credit or debit card, we will credit your refund to your card on file within 10 business days of HealthyVue confirming you are refund eligible. HealthyVue will notify you of whether you are eligible for a refund by responding to your request.

By accepting a refund, you are electing to withdraw from your HealthyVue program. Read our full Terms & Conditions for more information about our membership.
